Our experience suggests that organizations usually cannot dedicate their precious time and resources on imparting extensive training to their employees – fresh as well as laterals. To address this requirement, we are joining hands with manufacturing set-ups as well as mining industry as a step forward to fill this gap. Trainings for the laterals is organized as per a detailed requirement analysis done via one-on-one discussions between both the teams.
Training to the lateral candidates will be programmed as per the requirements of their respective organizations. A batch of minimum five candidates is a must to organize such a training program for an organization.
